Mr. Rusydi Khairul
Co-Founder & CEO at Reactor School
Khairul Rusydi co-founded Reactor in 2012 after observing that students in the Southeast Asian education system are not well-equipped to be entrepreneurs. Speaking about his motivations in establishing Reactor, Khairul Rusydi said:
“We (Southeast Asian students) are good at testing, but the future demands people who can build and solve problems…I built Reactor School because I believe entrepreneurship education helps us fill that gap. Currently, we only apply 3% of what we learn in the classroom to our daily lives; we learn the rest on the job. I want to optimize that process and help students build skills that remain relevant throughout their life.”

Prof. Wray Buntine
Computer Science Program Director at College of Engineering & Computer Science, VinUniversity
As an academic and university professor, I have been interacting with different companies on R&D projects since 2004 in areas like social media, news monitoring and medical informatics. My own experience with start-ups spans a 5 year period. I ran my own company doing research contracts and developing internet software, Ultimode, with about 4 other partners and employees in Silicon Valley 1995 to 1999. In 1999 we sold out to Dynaptics, Inc., an early internet advertising start-up with which I developed a number of patents. The company went defunct in early 2001 and I went to work at Google, then a small company in two office floors in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Tuan Ngo
Founder & CEO at Beloved & Beyond
I studied information technology, but my dream is to start a business with only one goal in mind: to leave something for the next life.
I’ve worked in different jobs, from professional to amateur, technical to executive, but all with the same goal in mind.
I’ve started about 8 projects so far, including Founder and Co-Founder, but it appears that success is not destined for me, so it keeps failing.
My current project is Beloved & Beyond, a personal gifting platform, and I believe in its future potential.
I trust my mind, and it is my guide throughout my life’s journey; success may come late, but it will come to those who believe and persevere in their chosen goal.
